History
Born in Turin on 01.05.1973.
He attended the Artistic Lice graduating in 1993/94 ,In 1999/2000 he graduated Degree in Graphic Design and Advertising, at the European Institute of Design in Turin .
In 2000 a meeting with an artist and curator well established in Rome: Antonietta Campilongo.
Shares in his group exhibitions in major cities such as Rome , Berlin, London , Ljubljana and Montecarlo .
I created works that include various techniques: oil, acrylic spatula and inkjet. (Action Painting).
I love to mix signs , materials , bright colours to suggest sinuous harmonies.
My works are accentuated ideas, profound. In the works are drawn with their signs and everything is transformed. All works have a touch of Personality that makes them unique.
He currently lives and works in Turin.

I exhibited with The Roman artist Antoinette Campilongo, its the DOMUS SASSORIANA collective.

Criticism
The artist John Novi, so utterly original, manages to convey with its relevant procedure an expression rich in pictorial true identity: his artistic dimension takes on a distinctive formal knowledge. We find, in an important context, colors suggestive path loads and significant gestures,
that release in the works in perfect synergy and compositional balance.
He uses, in a totally unique, the technique of oil painting with
constant skill and very personal: the Novi pictorial mode therefore fits in a mature creativity built on solid bases and full of artistic identity.
His works deal with highly significant issues where feelings and gather reflections continue, with a largely symbolic art. Between space and matter, and empty his accomplishments are admirably shape: they, through a series of chromatic sign, and you impose masterfully in the opera with interpretative force and dexterity. The abend of Novi offreun abstract extensive construction and above all highlights an unrelenting versatility. He, with his high expressiveness, can describe a pictorial representation is important, always full of endless facets that go beyond the material itself. The scenic beauty of shapes, colours and signs, in continual transformation, emerges from the canvas with media awareness, thus generating a multiplicity of estetic-technical effects never random. It is an art that gets real spokesman conceptual content of course
significant and intellectuals.
