L’artista Lucia Ferrara con la sua opera “The eyes of the heart” che fa parte del ciclo pittorico del suo progetto NEVER PERFECT 0.2 Acrilico su tela e testi Braille realizzata in collaborazione con UCI ( Unione Italiana dei Ciechi e degli Ipovedenti di Vercelli) in merito alla loro disabità) nel 2020 è ospite del Proyecto OTRAS MIRADAS (altri sguardi) curato dall’artista Arlet Gomez dedicato alle arti visive con braille da toccare – arte per non vedenti, in Florida.
Lucia Ferrara come artista è sempre attenta a temi di valore che uniscono le persone nelle loro meravigliose diversità ed è importante che questo impegno sia riconosciuto anche in ambito internazionale.
Il Proyecto OTRAS MIRADAS curato dall’artista Arlet Gomez ha in attivo
Tre mostre d’arte internazionali:
Proverbios (ottobre-2010/ Santa Clara. Cuba), Sea la Luz (maggio- 2011/ La Habana. Cuba) e “Otras Miradas” (dicembre- 2012/ Barcellona. Spagna).
Moltissimi i nomi degli artisti internazionali che hanno partecipato e partecipano a questo progetto emozionale.
“Stando dalla parte della luce possiamo vedere la rosa, contemplarla, staccarne le foglie e anche abbozzarla più e più volte sul nostro cavalletto… Pensando a questo, il viaggiatore si mise in cammino, riuscendo a raggiungere le nuvole, e gli uccelli, e tutto lui voleva; voleva portare i suoi colori nel mondo delle ombre. Così, creò l’azzurro con le sue mani e lo rese palpabile a chi viveva nel buio più completo. Fu così che i suoi occhi si aprirono e ciò che immaginava con il cuore era ora reale e luminoso”. @arletgomezart

Lucia Ferrara as an artist is always attentive to valuable themes that unite people in their wonderful diversity and it is important that this commitment is also recognized internationally.
